I am running Cisco Unified Attendant Console operator console version 11.0.1.3058. and the issue I am having is with the Directory. It Fail to load. I found this BUG CSCuz60965 but it is for version 10.5.2. I need to download the patch for version 11.0.1. Can anyone advise me where to find it or what other choices I have?
