Hi Leo.
I'm on version 8.3.133.0 and using 5520 WLC.
The issue showed out not to be this bug, but a backup DHCP server - not sending the default gateway to the AP.
The description for the Bug was just so close to my problem.... :-)
Wireshark was my friend and after resetting the backup server the AP went back online.
