Hello,the same symptoms occurred on the switch WS-C3650-48TS and connected AP Air-AP2802E-E-K9.Duplex on both devices is same - FULL.Workaround - disable CDP on the switch interface. 

Bug still exists in:   Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance Software Version 9.6(4) Disabled MSChapv2 and Password Management on both the Radius Client in NPS and in the tunnel-group on the ASA.
