Symptom: LUNs disconnecting and/or server fails to boot when using FC/FCoE. The VMware vmkernel logs will show many of the following messages: 2016-06-21T04:32:36.106Z cpu25:33191)<3>fnic : 2 :: hdr status = FCPIO_DATA_CNT_MISMATCH
I see a Cisco Bug for this exact same issue with the VIC1340 card: Bug Search Tool (cisco.com)
But we he have the VIC1440 card, not the 1340, but we have exactly the same problem.
Anyone else getting this error?
