I have been investigating why periodically i have to cold reset the AP so that users can authenticate, its been going one for about a year. I have had to do it to each unit in a 3 unit cluster, randomly every few months.
I am checking the logs today and found this on one of the units:
Oct 11 2018 11:29:49 info hostapd wl1: wlc_reset: !!!BIG-hammer!!!. PSM microcode watchdog fired. psmdebug 0xff800f, phydebug 0x0, psm_brc 0x301.
Using three WAP371 in a cluster, supporting 3 floors, each on a separate floor. All units on PoE through the same Cisco 2960 switch @ 15.4W. Firmware Version (Active Image): 184.108.40.206
