I've heard reports of a similar issue to this in version 8.2.166.0.  Can I please get confirmation as to whether or not the bug exists in this version?

Is this bug fixed in 11.5 su5? I'm hitting this bug on 11.5su3 and need to upgrade to resolve the issue. I don't see it in the list of known fixed releases.

When will the patch be released. I have tried the workarounds and still encounters this error message.
