Is anyone else having an issue with Jabber for Windows 11.7.0 and Jabra Evolve 30 headsets? We have a number of users reporting that they continue to hear ringing in their ear after answering an inbound call. Nothing seems to stop it but terminating the call and calling the person who called back. This seems to happen on every inbound call. Downgrading to Jabber 11.6.3 seems to resolve the issue.

I have the same with the Jabra Pro 9460 and the Jabra DIAL 550. Have tried 11.7.1: ringing stopped after answering an inbound call but the for mentioned headsets displays the screen as if there is no call ongoing. Our previous version 11.6.2 did not have this problem.
I have also contact Jabrasupport.de and they haven't heard of it yet. Will test the Evolve 30 also.

I appreciate you posting this.
We did try 11.7.1 and yes it does correct the constant ringing issue. However it also disables the headset controls on the headset itself. The Jabra 30 headset has control buttons built into the headset cord and they no longer work. This means the user can only answer and hang up a call from Jabber itself. I verified that this does work in previous versions.
We also tried downloading the latest firmware from Jabra, but that did not correct the issue.
