This is a sev. 2 issue, there is no workaround (other than reset Jabber!) and no fixes in the newest client releases; however, the status is listed as "Terminated". Really, Cisco? 

P.S. Please proof-read your bug reports for typos. "Jabber photo cache containis [sic] incorrect photo".

Some of my users have this similar problem.  My work around is not to reset the client but simply delete file named DirectoryRSCache in: %localappdata%\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber\CSF\Contacts.  Make sure Jabber is terminated complete before deleting the file, re-launch the app and this will force the contacts to re-download along w/ their correct photos.
