Hi All,

a similar problem is experienced with IOS-XR release 7.1.3 on the Fabric Card 0/FC0 on a ASR 9906 router.

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Hi All,

the problems mentioned and described on 6 April 2021 have been solved.

Problems were:

1] the red Alarm Major LEDs on both RSPs in the 9906 router

2] A "Canbus slot id changed at runtime"  Active Alarm for EDT in the alarms list.

Both problems have been solved by removing (disconnecting) the standby RSP from the chassis, waiting a few seconds until all LEDs are off, and next carefully reseating the RSP into the chassis.

After approximately 10 minutes the router had stabilized and all LEDs were OFF.

The mentioned alarm had disappeared from the alarms list.

Best regards,

RG
