Hi all, i am managing a Cisco ISE 2.7 patch 3 cluster with two nodes, since some weeks i am facing this issue on the Sponsor Portal, giving an error when i (or anyone else authorized) try to approve a new Guest account request. Moreover i get a similar error (Invalid Input) when i surf in the accounts search, when i click the right arrow to move on the next page i get this popup.
This problem appeared while the cluster was running patch 2, i have tried to stop the application, reboot the VM, install Patch 3, but the problem is always there. I see this BUG has been discovered on Versions 2.1 and 2.2, did anyone find the reason why this happens? To me it seems that the database is a bit corrupted, how can i fix it?
