As a workaround, I have found that running the default interface x/x & then reapplying the configuration of the port will resolve this problem.

This cannot refer to the RV320, RV325 as the latest firmware is 1.5.1.13and the workaround says stay at firmware 1.0.0.15

We might be encountering this bug on version 13.5.1-277.We're hoping to get a workaround since the version is already above the fixed releases
