6.1(0) is affected. First fix is 6.1(0)6.

We are running 6.2.0.4 and the bug report indicates that 6.2.3 is a fixed release but it also lists 6.2.3 as a vulnerable release.

Where should I go from 6.2.0.4 to patch against this and other vulnerabilities

This Bug ID has very slow update progress. It would be more beneficial if a TAC Case can be raised to determine what is an ideal version for 6.2.
