CSCve81314 - Clients fails to connect to AP with message as All AIDs are in use when the AP is in Local mode - 1

I have the same issue. I have 17 APs and about 350 clients.

Cisco Controller 5508

Software Version 8.5.103.0

AP 2702i

But rebooting does not help!

Upgrade the firmware of the controller.  At this version, even KRACK isn't fixed.

But I can't do it at the moment. Is there any workaround (not just reload AP)?
