CSCvf23231 - WSA is showing "Certificates signature verification failed" while trying to upload a sub-ca certificate

We use several S100V appliances with 10.5.1-296 running on it. I can not upload a sub-ca certificate to it to activate https proxy. I get the message "Certificates signature verification failed" every time.

I use a Microsoft CA root server and a key size of 2048.

Any hints on solving this problem?

Thank you

Regards

Pierre

Try installing the root CA certificate in the trusted root certificate WSA store.
Network > Certificate Management > Certificate Lists > Manage Trusted Root Certificates.

And then I was able to put the sub-CA in the HTTPS Proxy.

No one else has this problem or knows how to solve this?

In bug tracker ist says in 10.5.1-296 this is fixed, but it occurs here, too.

Thank you

How to get the Sub-CA certificate ? as we got the CA approved certificate and while uploading it cauing the error message

Certificate upload failed. The certificate file appears to be a server certificate. A signing certificate is required.
