Yesterday evening we reboot the VG and it came up after 30 minutes. So, we make another reboot and we got the same results or worst as the VG came up after 36 minutes!
That's mean the customer could not work with phones services for so long time.
We checked the logs once the VG came up and found these, could you check what kind of logs are and if they are the reason of the long resumption?
