Similar issue when using Trusted network detection for some of our users.
We have auto-reconnect enabled with disconnect on suspend.
Our machines are set to sleep when closing the lid.
User is connected to VPN and closes lid and puts machine to sleep. They bring their computer back on to the trusted network and the machine connects to the VPN. The DART log shows that it is on a trusted network and policy is set to disconnect but still makes the connection.
