Could you please let me know if this image is affected  . we are useing Cisco ASA with Version 8.2(5) 55 .  2nd. if the vulnerable condition doesn't match with our device is there any need to upgrade it ??

Cisco recommends upgrade.  It is your call to follow the recommendation or to ignore it.
