How can you tell this is happening. I have an intermittent issue for MRA users faling to log in with SSO, getting an error message "Cannot open page. Try again later". Seems to wotk for a week, then some users have issue for a while, then works again.
Does anyone know what error you would see in a log to confirm this bug?
