CSCvh95267 - BAT - Update phones is not working for CSF, TAB, TCT and BOT devices

We have this issue and the workaround does not make sense as there is no import\export under phone in BAT - only export.

Please can anyone elaborate on how best to get this issue resolved as I have a lot of updates needed to CSF phones.

Hello, for my customer I have the same problem but we are on CUCM version 11.5 SU4. Whats the recommended action to solve the issue?

Is there a resolution for this?  I have the same issue and the field I'm trying to update (disable video calling on a CSF device) doesn't seem to be supported for inserting a device.
