CSCvi18616 - Prime Infrastructure has outdated axis and axis2 libraries

The service Notification E-mail I received on this stated Prime Infrastructure v3.3.

The specific bug referenced (CSCvi18616) states v3.2(3).

Why can't Cisco have a consistent means of reporting issues?  From my point of view, the bug alerts almost never reflect the true known scope of any bug reported.  Product coverage such as ISE and Prime is particularly misleading, vague, in complete, or just plain wrong.

Other Examples:

CSCjv44082 - Notification Alert mentions v3.3 and also Known Affected Release of 3.5(0.0).  Opening up the bug ID, it states it is a duplicate of CSCvi77107, and it affects 3.2(2).  Sorry that doesn't sound like a duplicate to me.

CSCvd93745 - ISE 2.3, patch 3 - Headline mentions BYOD explicitly, but the scope of the issue is the use of ANY CWA guest portal.

Also, Known affected release stated is 10.5(3.109).  What is this release of?  As far as I can tell, it is an issue with IOS-XE 16.3.6.

Also, I have a ticket (684485721) open on this that appears to be similar, and for the past six days, I've got nothing back from TAC.  I get that the issue is rather complicated, and that many components (ISE, PRIME, IOS-XE, upgrades) complicate things, but TAC does not seem to have a means of smoothing out complicated issues.
