Does anyone know if there's any other workaround for this bug?

Hi, according to bug toolkit Cisco suggests this workaround:

 

Workaround:
If both ends of the line support autonegotiation, we highly recommend the default setting of auto negotiation.

 

Anyhow the issue seems fixed it these release:
