We recently upgraded two domains to 4.0(2d) and both FI in both domains show file systems "clean with errors". We have more domains to upgrade and we expect to see the same on all.
We are working with TAC to clean FI-A on one domain sitting at 3.1(2d), prior to upgrading to 4.0(2d), but I will post results here.
