Logging an instance of this bug. Running 16.9.3 on a C9500-16X stack with 2 switches. Issued show vtp counters command and active switch crashed/reloaded. Standby became active. CSCvg83765 is another issue pointing at this bug though it claims that it is fixed in 16.9.1. It is not.
