I am running ISE 2.7.0.356 Patch 1 and it looks like there is no issue with adding certificates with the same name but different serial numbers. The issue we are having is that we need one of these certificates assigned for adminAuth while the other assigned for Portal and you receive an error message that you are unable to perform this due to there being two certificates with the same name and different serial numbers. I am curious whether this was some underlying code that was in place when you were unable to add to certificates with the same name and different serial numbers that didn't get changed when this issue was resolved.
