We experienced this exact issue on a C9348GC-FXP with the following configuration:

After applying the "channel-group 10 mode active" command to a range of 4 ports, the CLI hangs for several minutes. Seemingly longer than 3-4 minutes even, but I did not time this.
The issue can be reproduced every time.
This switch is running nxos 9.2.3
