They didn't mention about windows version for OpenJDK in below link, they have mentioned OpenJDK is not supported for Linux distributions only.

And not sure how we proceed with OpenJDK going forward, since Oracle java is licensed version NOW, and we are vulnerable if we want to keep the old Oracle versions (without updates).
