CSCvq05853 - PWR-4430-AC with version V01 can prematurely fail - considers only specific S/N range.

Hi everybody,

I was a case with current version: Cisco IOS Software [Denali], ISR Software (X86_64_LINUX_IOSD-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 16.3.8, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc3).

Can someone give me a version to fix this bug, because in this workaround don't recommended.

That's not a "software bug".
The Bug ID is about a hardware component "bug".
Raise a TAC Case so TAC can verify if the serial numbers to the power supplies needs to be RMA-ed or not.

Hi Leo, Is there any similar bug afecting 4321 PSU - PWR-4320-AC too? We have had 5 failures in distinct locations for this power unit in last few weeks.
