CSCvt19771 - Update fails to install

I've downloaded the cop file associated with CSCvt19771 but when I come to install this it fails with the following error:

Docker is not running on the system. Exiting...

Software version is UCCX 12.5.1.10000-31.

I've tried enabling the docker process in Serviceability but still get the same results.  Any ideas?

Hello,

There are situations where this patch may not work, see CSCvv84607 UCCX: uccx.ucos.CSCvt19771.Disable-DockerBridgeNetworking.cop does not work for 100 agent deployment.

Manual workarounds are available if you are seeing issues due to CSCvt19771. Please reach out to Cisco TAC or other Cisco Support team and they will be able to apply the workaround.
