CSCvt31206 - Lets Encrypt enablement gets 500 Server Error

My Expressway version is x12.5.3, and I have the same problem what is in this Bug. I tried to run the two command, but they did not help:

chgrp: cannot access '/tandberg/persistent/acme/certbot/accounts/acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/': No such file or directory

 I have had this problem with several expressways Edges, always ended up with a resetup of new ova. and restore config backup.  Even on new 14.2.5
