So this past weekend we hit this problem Head On on November 7..... However it was not cosmetic only. It was after applying the FXOS of 2.8.1.125 to one of our FP4110s in HA. When it rebooted it came up and started to run. After about a minute the error appeared and shut down the Security Module. We finally got around it by shutting down the chassis 100% and then power cycling it. And then it booted up cleanly. The GUI showed it as a NON_RECOVERABLE error. However Now I am worried that if this can happen at any time we may go down.
