CSCvu72345 - "BAD GATEWAY" error when trying to use the Visibility

Hi,

I'm getting "The server is temporarily busy due to a higher than usual request volume. Please try again later" alert or when i logout and login the APIC controller and select the Visibility & Troubleshooting tab it is in loading state permanently.

Is there is any impact with this ???

And Is there is any way to resolve this issue other then upgradation ???
