Any status on when this will be fixed? I see it was fixed for Mac devices. This defect is driving people to Teams...when will it be fixed?

We are still seeing this behavior on the latest client in windows 40.12.3.11 even on the newest CPUs, and I can agree with the above statement that it is driving people to Microsoft Teams.

This bug is stated as fixed in 40.10.0 yet it seems to persist.

Heard back from TAC, the bug is actually fixed in v41.1 of the client which for us is set to release 12/16 to our tenant.

Got 41.4.x...but video still very very choppy and slow (and image is not cropping properly) when using virtual background. Anyone else?

Problem still exists. in 41.4.X. We have been told it is a "cloud" issue and that a fix is coming. Of course, we have been told that for a few months.

Due to user outrage we have migrated a majority of meetings to Teams. Not sure if Cisco will ever get this fixed.
