CSCvv28324 - CAT3K intermittently not responding to SNMP

Any updates on when a release will come out to fix this SNMP issue.

The 3650/3850 is on it's last legs.  

It would be better asking TAC for a workaround because it is more "achievable".

We moved to 16.12.04 when it came out for our 3850-24XU and no longer see the issue, we do however see this issue on boot-up:

Aug 10 22:13:04.187 EDT: %FMFP-3-OBJ_DWNLD_TO_DP_STUCK: Switch 1 R0/0: fman_fp_image: AOM download to Data Plane is stuck for more than 1800 seconds due to resolve object: obj[165] type[26] 'Void Intf (31)', resulting in it being a pending-issue object

which apparently is harmless.
