Why is this bug set to fixed when it's clearly still an issue in 10.2 and 10.3, and it's not just cosmetic.
Simply adding the "login on-success log" and "login on-failure log" commands should make the logging of Console, SSH, and Telnet logins. Both commands seem to do nothing by default. We should not have to adjust logging levels to get messages out to syslog, console, or monitor. Adjusting the logging level generates a lot of unnecessary noise resulting in larger log files than necessary.
