Same issue with vManage version 20.4.1 after upgrade from 20.1.12

But in my case only when attaching a NEW router to the vManage. One that has not been attached before.

Old attached templates are working fine.

Creating a template WITHOUT bandwidth configurations. and using this as the initial template. then replacing it with the final template (with bandwidth configs) worked as a work-around. (as mentioned on the BUG workaround)
