This bug was noted with webex 41.2.7 in June 2021, and is marked as fixed, but is seemingly not yet released. It still occurs in webex 42.4.1.22032 as of May 2, 2022, almost a year later.
If this is fixed, could we get this released sometime soon?
When will this bug be resolved? I can hardly use my laptop when unplugged because multiple CaptureHost processes are using up CPU/Power with WebEx running.
For anyone else dealing with this, I've had some good luck setting up a cronjob that runs every 10 minutes that just invokes "killall CaptureHost" five times in a row. It's an ugly but effective workaround, at least for now.
