Hi there Steve,
We were advised to move to ES04 but browsers are updated all the time without our control so instead we implemented the following workaround for the issue with a group policy :
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/disable-automatic-tab-dis/dnhngfnfolbmhgealdpolmhimnoliiok
We implemented on test machine first before rolling out to all agents' browsers.
This worked for us and the annoying issue went away . Chrome is our only supported browser for Finesse agents so we did not do the following but i think this is the same workaround for Edge but please check on same and implement on test machine first as this is untested for us
Control the IntensiveWakeUpThrottling feature (admx.help)
Bon Chance ! :- )
