What is release  92.11(1.288)? I can't find it under "Software Download". And what releases are R2111, R2101 and R291?

I found the answer, R291 correlates to FXOS version 2.9.1, R2101 - 2.10.1 and R2111 - 2.11.1; versions 2.10 / 2.11 have not been released yet.  Anything before 2.9.1 is not affected.
