We've had users trigger this bug using iPhone tethering and in-flight wi-fi. We can't rely on every WiFi network to have a sane IPv6 configuration, and disabling IPv6 is a nonstarter.
Not only that, but there are legit cases for the DHCPv6 server to inform a link-local IPv6 DNS address. Clearly a bug on AnyConnect, would love it see it fixed.
Disabling IPv6 is not an acceptable workaround at all.
