I don't believe TAC or the bug team is taking this issue seriously. For healthcare environments, this is a HIPPA logging issue. When you are unable to audit where an administrator has been or what changes they have made, you are not able to comply with CFR 42 part 164. It is bad when you can give a cisco employee Full external admin rights on the Cisco webex Control Hub and it does not log a single change they make on your organization.
Furthermore...
CISCO!!!! What's the deal with the quality control with Cisco Webex? You are letting your customers down all while not meeting very basic requirements for security and auditing. You are not giving your administrators the tools they need to be secure, audit or build. Not to mention all of the other defects your TAC reps refuse to log as defects.
