Based on the bug documentation the releases previous 11.5 SU6 are not impacted.

All versions of 14

All versions of 12.5(1)

All versions of 12.0(1)

All versions of 11.5.1.16900-16 and below

All versions of 11.0(1)

All version of 10.5(2)

All version of 10.5(1)

All version that are "End of Support" are not evaluated
