CSCwf53555 - ISR4431 incorrect "Unknown Power Supply" need fix

Hi Community,

I have many ISR4431 hitting this Bug CSCwf53555.

At first they was running with 16.6.4, the we upgraded to 17.9.3a and then hit the bug (PID: ISR4XXX-PWR-UNKNOWN, VID: , SN:)

Then we try with this:

- Rollback to 16.6.4: here the output of show inventory only shows PS0. In show platform is appear as fail.

- Upgrade to 17.12.1a (as fix of bug CSCwf53555), but we get this again: PID: ISR4XXX-PWR-UNKNOWN, VID: , SN:

- The go to recommended version 17.6.3a in order to stay in a stable version https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/ios-nx-os-software/ios-xe-16/215567-recommended-releases-for-asr1000-isr400.html Here we also hit the bug.

Someone know if there are a tested version to solve this issue.

Try cold-reboot (pull the power cables) the router.

Unfortunately, it did not solve the issue.

I had a chance to swap the PS's and, always, the PS in slot 0 appears with right PID and SN in "show inventory" but the PS in slot 1 appears a "UNKNOWN" in "show inventory".
