I'm dealing with a case regarding the TAC (SR 697178498), in which everything seems to indicate that version 17.3.4c is being affected by this bug.

There is workaround, if that not helpful try to upgrade suggested version and test it. may be TAC may suggest same.

- Sometimes older versions are no longer mentioned , as per https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwh66453
check Known Fixed Releases and upgrade accordingly ,
