Also impacted 15SU2 (System version: 15.0.1.12900-234) and only the solution is install the COP file in all nodes and run the delete command.

This Bug also affects Call Mgr v15SU3a (15.0.1.13901-2).   Its not listed in the affected releases - or fixed.  TAC says I have to continue to use the sql commands to fix.  This Bug was posted back in March 2024 and the only permanent fix is a COP file for SU1 / 1a.
