CSCwn57846 - WebexCC Call shows queue tagged in report but not in flow

This bug has been tagged against an issue we are seeing where calls are getting stuck in queue when there is a race condition between an agent becoming available, and the queue block marking the call with a skill to stop targeting due to a threshold queueing time being reached.  It seems to occur only then those two events happen very close to each other (described as a race condition).  I'm looking for workaround suggestions here as the issue impacts KPI's when it occurs.
