Can someone confirm this is not present in ISE 3.3p4? We are likely going to update our ISE 3.1 instances to 3.3 instead of risk external RADIUS server auth issues.

I had a TAC case on this, and was just this morning provided with a hotfix for 3.1 Patch 10 that fixes the External Radius issue, so if you want to use Patch 10, then reach out to TAC for the hotfix as it of this time of writing is NOT available on software.cisco.com download page...
