CSCwo01365 - Unexpected reboot produced due to SNMP IE3000 platforms

FYI: We were running 17.12.3 when we were hit by this bug.

   - @Joe_Thornton      The bug report has a Fixed status but Known Fixed Releases is empty.
                                    That means that developers have resolved the issue , but it is not
                                     yet incorporated in  a production release.

Please confirm with TAC that the reboot was not due to Cisco IOS and IOS XE Software SNMP Denial of Service and Remote Code Execution Vulnerability because:

The Cisco Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) became aware of successful exploitation of this vulnerability in the wild after local Administrator credentials were compromised. Cisco strongly recommends that customers upgrade to a fixed software release to remediate this vulnerability.
