Good Day All,
Has anyone else felt the built-in automated reporting within Call Manager a bit cumbersome? I found a perfect Hunt Pilot Detail report that can be modified and run manually. But alas, it doesn't allow saving of the parameters and adding to the auto-generated list of reports. So I have to change hats (I'm sure many of you wear a bunch of hats too) to run this report instead of setting it up once and moving on...thoughts on this feature request anyone CSCvx65517?
