Failed to set I2C channel, status=2

I.ve Cisco SG300-28SFP Switch.

Suddenly this switch CONTINUOUS REBOOTING...…….

Trying to solve by firmware update by console port (xmodem).

But not solve. same problem, continue rebooting......
