FTD upgrade 6.5.0.4 error Threat Data Updates - Cisco Cloud Configuration - Failure

Hi,

I have upgraded FTD ( 2110 ) to 6.5.0.4 from 6.4.0.4 and now getting error : Threat Data Updates- Cisco Cloud configuration Failure.

Our FMC runs on 6.5.0.4 and we are not enabled URL filtering and running on BASE and Threat licenses and using this FTDs as FW and IDS 

Please advice
